This is the first official vinyl reissue of Gift's second LP 'Blue Apple', originally from 1974. For these sessions Gift added a keyboard player and a second guitarist. Still hard rocking, the music had become a lot more progressive, featuring wonderful guitar riffs and brilliant keyboard playing. The album is not your typical Krautrock offer, but rather British hard rock oriented with a typical German feel. The insert includes rare photos and the band story as told by guitarist Rainer Bauer. Remastered sound!
