Recorded between Iceland & Berlin with an US tour in between the Brian Jonestown Massacre move forward with this EP , as an announcement of their forthcoming full length album “Who Killed
Sergeant Pepper?”.
The first two tracks on the EP are from the forthcoming album & the other 2 are exclusive to this release. The vinyl is coloured orange & is 180 grm audiophile pressing.
The track the This Is The First Of Your Last Warning (Icelandic Version) features again the beautiful vocals of Icelandic artist & film maker Unnur Andrea Einarsdottir.
Bruttermania is a track recorded with Russian vocals by Felix from the Russian band “Amazing
Electronic Cave”.
The Brian Jonestown Massacre has been somewhat of a musical commune for many respected
musicians over the years, a band from the 1990’s that has spurned other great bands ever since. Black
Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Warlocks, The Silver Rockets, The Black Angels, The Ravenettes, The
Dilettantes (to name a few) are all part of this musical family tree. Indeed, this is a band that has
witnessed many incarnations, since its inception in San Francisco in 1995.
